You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (via Google, Apple, etc.) and for all activities under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the app settings.

5. AI Design Disclaimer

• Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that AI-generated designs are for inspirational purposes only. They may not be structurally sound, physically possible, or compliant with local building codes.
• Consult a Professional: Always consult with a qualified architect or interior designer before making any physical or structural changes to your property.
• Visual Accuracy: We do not guarantee that colors, textures, or furniture items generated by the AI will exactly match real-world products.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it, upload offensive or copyrighted content without permission, or use it to harass others.

7. In-App Purchases

The Service offers premium subscriptions managed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, RevenueCat). By making purchases, you agree to their respective terms. Payments are final unless otherwise required by law or the platform's refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All technology and AI models in the Service are owned by or licensed to RoomDesign AI. You retain ownership of your original photos, and we grant you a license to use the generated designs for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted globally, RoomDesign AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any structural changes made based on AI-generated designs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless RoomDesign AI from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
